Use premium polish to enhance color and bring out the rich, natural shine of your leather — the finishing touch to elegance

Why Polish Is Essential

Without regular polishing, calf leather loses vibrancy, becomes vulnerable to water and stains, and eventually dries out. But with proper care, it builds a beautiful patina—a soft gleam that reflects age, wear, and elegance.

There are two primary types of polish:

Cream Polish: Rich in pigments and nourishing agents. Restores color and moisture.

Wax Polish: Adds a higher gloss and creates a protective barrier.

Both serve a purpose, and used together, they yield stunning results.

Step 1

Clean Before You Polish:

Remove all dirt and dust with a soft horsehair brush or damp cloth. Never apply polish on dirty leather—it seals in imperfections.

Step 2

Apply Cream Polish:

Using a clean cloth or dauber, apply a small amount of cream polish in circular motions. Focus on covering the full surface evenly. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb.

Step 3

Buff Gently:

Use a horsehair brush to buff the shoes, bringing out a natural, subtle sheen. This activates the polish without over-glossing.

Step 4

Add Wax Polish (Optional):

For occasions or high-gloss lovers, layer a wax polish over the cream polish. Apply sparingly and evenly—then buff with brisk, short strokes using a soft cloth or shine brush.

Step 5

Mirror Shine Technique (Advanced):

Achieve a mirror finish on the toe cap using micro layers of wax polish and water. Dab, swirl, and build the shine over 10–15 minutes per shoe. Reserve this look for formal shoes or special occasions.

Frequency
  • For regular wear: polish once every 2 weeks.
  • For dress events: polish the day before.
  • Between polishes: lightly brush to revive existing shine.

Polishing isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s a meditative, personal ritual that deepens your connection to THE shoes.

A Few Additional Tip

Tip-1 : Use Shoe Trees

Insert wooden shoe trees after each wear to absorb moisture and maintain the shape of your shoes. Always use a shoe horn to prevent damage to the heel and topline.

Tip-2 : Protect Against the Elements

For added weather resistance, apply water resistance spray. Applying powerful, resin-based impregnator shields against rain, snow, grease, and alcohol-based stains.

Tip-3 : Waxing Sole Edges

During manufacturing, we treat the edges of soles with wax for added protection. Over time, this may wear away. At home, use a hard wax crayon in a matching colour to restore the edge and reinforce water resistance.

Proper Storage

Premium shoes rest just as they perform. The time between wears is when leather breathes, reshapes, and resets. Poor storage accelerates wear, while proper storage extends life, maintains shape, and keeps your shoes feeling (and smelling) fresh.
