Delivery Policy

All shoes are handcrafted upon order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping.

We ship across India and internationally.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email after dispatch.

Delays due to customs or logistics providers are beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Shoes must be unworn outdoors, in original condition, including clean soles.
• Customer must cover the return shipping cost.
• We offer store credit or exchange only, no refunds.
